I was in Memphis for a few days and took several classes here. Very happy that I did - the teachers here have undertaken deep education in various types of yoga, and anyone taking a class at Delta Groove is a beneficiary of it. It’s a wonderful opportunity for anyone wanting to deepen their practice. ????
Friendly, informed, personable and fun staff. Pleasant space to be in. Lots of options and opportunities and a quaint little shop. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and feel that others will as well.
