I have been a student for more than 20 years. It is important to me that the teachers are CERTIFIED through the training requirements of the Iyengar Institute. This guarantees that the instruction is individually suited to each students abilities (or disabilities). We feel safe from injury, appreciated, and progress through a life long journey.
Look no further then this beautiful and very friendly yoga studio. The teachers are certified Iyengar yoga teachers - Leah the director of the center is a fantastic teacher that cares alot about her students - tedrah and karla both are friendly and helpful teachers - you will find classes based full in the iyengar tradition. this is the perfect place to start or deepen your practice.
The Evergreen Yoga Center is the best! It is a clean and well maintained studio, and all of the teachers are excellent. The class schedule is full of options so that no matter what your schedule is, you will find a class that works for you.
