“Our sales rep Jacob was wonderful to work with. After State Farm denied our claim, Jacob took tons of pictures showing hail damage everywhere to fight State Farm. A new storm disaster team field adjustor came out, approved complete replacement on our house & 1800 sq ft shop! A few days later, the shingle delivery arrived, and next morning the roofing crew was on-site at 7am, covering all our plants with tarps. One side had my heirloom rose garden - they handed down the old shingle strips a piece at a time and threw them directly into their trailer. Not one Petal or branch was lost!! The house was finished same day, shop by noon 2nd day. Cleanup was meticulous - hardly any nails found afterwards. If you have been denied a claim with your insurance company, these guys know how to fight back & get positive results! They did 6-8 homes on 2 streets in our subdivision! Jacob is the best!!!“

“Epitome in patience. I called and requested an estimate to have my house quoted for a roof. I received voicemail when I called but someone returned my call within 15 minutes. We scheduled an appt for inspection and quote and I wrote it down on the wrong day, a day later. me Being 30 minutes away he agreed to show up the next morning. He got a ladder out and inspected my roof and gave what I call a fair estimate (3500 under competion). He answered all my questions and based on his feedback and the amount I hired them on the spot. Here's where it get's tricky. I found out I had a honey be nest in the eve of the second floor easily 15' off the ground. I told them this would likely be an issue and they agreed to put the job on hold. I could not get ANYONE to remove the bees even exterminating them(which I didn't want to do). I wound up learning about bee's, buying a lift and did the job myself and the bees are now in a hive on my property, this took 3 months. I called them up and they said "we can be there next wednesday" and showed up when they said they would. Because of the pitch of my roof and multiple levels it took them 2 days. I stopped by the office and paid for my roof and received my warranty and completed bill in the mail a couple of days later.“
“Remodel 615 recently completed remodeling our master bathroom into a handicap accessible bathroom that met our needs perfectly. They removed the whirlpool tub and installed a custom made cabinet in that place which gave us a lot of extra storage space. The shower was enlarged, tiled, bench seat installed and the drain lowered so that water does not drain into the floor. The shower has grip bars and is completely safe and accessible for my husband. Smooth white barn doors were installed in the entrance and in the walk in closet. Now my husband can roll into the bathroom without hitting the doors and it allows him to enter the closet independently getting his own clothes.Every worker was professional and so polite. We were informed of the process and progress daily. The workers showed up on time and were very dependable. We highly recommend Remodel 615. Any issues that did occurred were immediately addressed and corrected.“
