Shrum's Roofing Company is a highly recommended roofing business known for its prompt service and quality work. Customers praise the company's friendly staff, both in the office and the field. Shrum's Roofing provides honest estimates and completes projects efficiently, leaving the job site clean.
My initial appointment was completed as promised. Mr Shrum was very polite and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. My estimate was delivery promptly and we ended up getting to schedule our service ahead of the date originally stated. The workers were polite and respectful of our property when installing our ridge vent. All communication with the office was great. I would highly recommend Shrum Roofing and will use them for all my roofing needs in the future.
Shrum's Roofing provides exceptional value and service. I was beyond impressed with Billy Shrum, Kathy (who managed to fit me in to their very busy schedule quickly), and the whole team that replaced the back half of my roof. Everyone was so courteous and thoughtful. When I had questions, Billy came out personally to answer them. The whole team demonstrated remarkable service and professionalism--before, during, and after the roofing job. You will not find a better company.
Great company to work with! Quick, professional and quality work.
