Steve and Pat and the team are amazing. We needed a gutter repaired and some brick that had damage to be soft washed and sealed. Not only did they handle the whole job incredibly well, they did it at a reasonable rate and were really flexible on scheduling. Will definitely be only going to these guys going forward!

Steve, Pat, and the team at 1 BFI have been great to work with. I uncovered a huge mess of an issue where a window was allowing water intrusion behind my siding which rotted the wood underneath over the course of many years and even deteriorated some of the structural framing and beams. Needless to say I was stressed out and realized it was beyond a DIY job. I called Steve out for an estimate after having worked with him on a previous smaller project and I saved his number because Steve was super easy to work with and has a focus on quality and doing the job right.
