“It has honestly taken me 2 years to write this review, and that is absolutely at my own fault, and none of Cole & Garrett.
We lost our infant son in 2024, and my husband reached out to make arrangements. Upon arrival, staff were waiting with the front door open for us. We were greeted with gentle arms, and enormous kindness. We were informed of our options and able to make our decisions with no pressure, and when I say they went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us, I truly mean it. We will never be able to repay the kindness from Cole and Garrett, but it something my husband and I talk about often, and still appreciate, even these years later.

Our son was handled with complete respect and utmost care, which of course meant the world. The staff kept us updated during the entire process. We were able pick him up in a timely manner to bring him home as well (we chose cremation)
