While I had some hiccups with this company. I do recommend them. Just be warned, they have no control over when the product gets to them. I was told 5-7 months when it actually took 9 months. I want them to be more diligent on customer service. I realize the pandemic has put strain on products and timelines. However, it doesn’t cost anything to call the customer to tell them what’s happening when weeks have gone by their prediction date. Only after I called twice did the product get there. Then, I was told another 6 weeks to finish the stone work. Only to have to call again to see when it would be placed because it was over 6 weeks. When the product was finally ready. I was given the wrong setup date. Only, after I called again did they select another date. These headaches for both the customer and the consumer could have easily been avoided. They did a very professional job setting the tombstone.
I recently had Richard to help me design a head stone for my husband snd me. There was a few snags in this order but Richard would not rest until he made it right! Very blessed to have this company help me. Thank you guys for a beautiful head stone!
I had Richard do some repairs and cleaning to Two more family headstones after cleaning the 1st family headstone earlier this year. Richard's prices are very fair and does 10 star work. I am very happy! Brenda Dugan
