I have used Crawford Funeral Home twice for family members' cremations, the most recent one in April. My experience has been very postive. Chuck and Heidi Crawford are compassionate, caring and have integrity. All qualities that are needed when you are grieving the loss of a family member.
My son passed in July. My priest recommended this funeral home. Heidi and Chuck made his funeral very special for me. They worked well with our church and memorial gardens. They Allowed me as much time with his body as I wanted. They made sure he looked just has he did in life. They were so caring and really listened to my needs and expectations for the service.
I am a local death doula who was recently hired by a family to help plan for and support the death of their loved one. On their behalf, I reached out to 6 different funeral homes here in Nashville to research prices, options, and the best support. Chuck & Heide Crawford came highly recommended by the hospice team members that we were working with and from the first time I reached out, I was impressed with how available, kind, and caring both Chuck & Heide are. This is not a corporate conglomerate, it is a mom & pop operation that prides itself on being a part of our Nashville community, and that is evident is the way they supported this family.
