Based on the reviews, Wellpark Health and Rehabilitation is rated #1 within the State of Tennessee. The facility is neat, clean, modern, and updated, with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces and state-of-the-art equipment. Each patient is assigned to a single patient room equipped with an emergency buzzer and an intercom system routed to the nurses station. Within 24-48 hours, a team including a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Nutritionist, Physician's Assistant, RN, and Skilled Nursing Care works together to discuss patient goals. The staff is friendly, kind, warm, licensed, competent, and capable. The therapy is exceptional, fantastic, and helpful, with excellent staff across the board. Patients are helped to become increasingly independent as health improvement goals are safely implemented. For short-term rehabilitation, this facility is unmatched, and with a recent change in ownership, it is only improving. The genuine and caring team truly makes the difference.
This facility is amazing—so open and large, beautifully designed and lots of very well-maintained equipment (except for dusting underneath!). But the people are what really make it great. Rebekah is an outstanding PT—knows her stuff and truly cares about her patients. David (mostly inpatient) is very good too. Can’t go wrong working with these providers. Highly recommend!!
I had a wonderful experience at Well Park. The facility was welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally professional, courteous, and caring. The receptionist was especially friendly and helpful, greeting me with a smile and making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The level of customer service exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend Well Park to others.
The staff at this rehabilitation center are exceptional. Everyone is professional, compassionate, and truly invested in their patients’ success. The physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy teams work together to provide personalized care and support throughout the recovery process. The therapists are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always willing to answer questions. The facility is welcoming, and the positive atmosphere makes a difference. I highly recommend this rehabilitation center to anyone seeking quality therapy services.
