Great haircut by a very sweet, pleasant, talented Hair Stylist!!! Will definitely go to her again!! Just hate I have forgotten her name, but she was at the first station on the right as you enter !!! I checked in Online this time & had no wait!!My only "concern" with their Online Check-In vs "Walk-In" Process is that IF you go in as a walk-in is not quite right or "fair" in the way they put you in the rotation or DON'T have you IN the rotation , ESPECIALLY since they advertise that "Walk-ins" are Welcome !! I was a "walk-in" once . I sat in there & PHYSICALLY WAITED over 45 minutes because they had online customers "supposed to be coming" before leaving WITHOUT a haircut...read full review

I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I came in for a haircut for my hair loss and the women waiting before I even got there told me to get in front of them and were so kind. The stylists were all so kind and encouraging during my cut. When I went to check out, they told me it was covered. I was blown away by so much kindness. Earlier that day I visited a few other salons that wouldn't even consider taking me. So thank you for the whole team for this experience 10/10

I just had my first haircut ever at a Great Clips. Not sure if you've ever been here before but was an A+ experience start to finish. Easy check in, nice people who work here and Hailey here at the Lebanon location who drives 45 minutes to get here did an awesome excellent job! Will be back with my entire family. Thank you
