“Never in my life have i been kicked out of a dentist for someone being rude to their customer!!!! Took my wife here due to severe discomfort. When my wife came back to the waiting room she was on the urge of tears. I then said what's wrong, she said they told me I owe 50 dollars and that she felt the staff was getting frustrated with her over her asking questions. This concerned me, so me and her approach the front counter and are speaking to a blonde younger lady in the front, but some older brunette comes over very rude and abrubtly, demands we come to her desk and i looked at my wife and said what crappy customer service. I actually said shritty customer service but google wont let me title that. She kicked me out!! Was told I'm not going to cuss at her. I said i didnt cuss at you i told you this customer service sucks bc my wife is on the urge of crying and ill say it again. She went back on kicking me out once she realized I was paying the 50 dollars, kind of funny actually. I also cancelled my appointment for next Friday and had to fight to the nail for her to cancel it. She originally told me she cant bc I'm a new patient but then moments later says its cancelled now Goodbye get out! Very rude and unprofessional. Yall just missed out on thousands of work between my wife and I and I really hope everyone sees this and decided not to do business with yall. I will NEVER reccomend a local dentist with staff who puts tears and fear in the life of their patient. I also told my wife I'm sorry she is being a Karen and the lady yells and goes my sister name is Karen and I love her very much. My wife told her to stop arguing and being rude to me and she said I'm not I'm not. Was told over the phone it'd be a free consultation and xrays this is where the miscommunication began but I was kicked out for standing up for my crying wife so I'm not sure what the 50 dollars was applied to. The younger blonde lady was trying to explain but couldn't even get a word in bc she snatches our file and demands we come to her desk on the side facing the dentist rooms. That lady has nasty customer service skills and the company needs to axe her.“
