1. Dr. Costello is an excellent dentist. Since I’m someone with myriad chronic illnesses that impact my teeth and how I’m able to tolerate dental work, finding a knowledgeable dentist can be very challenging. Dr. Costello is not only knowledgeable and skilled, but she is kind, accommodating, and has an excellent bedside manner.

2. Every member of the dental hygiene and dental assisting team has been kind and respectful to me. They are understanding of my situation and the struggles that come with it. They are also very competent and do a great job! Shout out to Kat for being so sweet and supportive!

3. The front desk does an amazing job with billing. The treatment plans and cost estimates are so organized and clear. The front desk staff are available and willing to chat with me about my estimated costs before I get any work done, and so nothing is a surprise. My most recent experience was with Kaylee, but everyone I’ve interacted with has been excellent.

It’s been so hard for me to find a dental office that meets all of my needs, and I have finally found what I’ve been looking for at Salem Creek Family Dental. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a chronic illness or dental anxiety.“
