“I had been to three dentists in two days, they all pointed me towards an extraction for a painful tooth. One dentist referred me to M. City and I’m very glad they did. The endodontist was able to discern an infection deep in the root of my tooth that was causing me so much pain. I still may need a root canal, but antibiotics seem to have calmed the pain that I was in!“

“I had an emergency this morning. My wisdom tooth chipped! I am in my 3rd trimester, and an infected tooth was not on my pregnancy bingo card. Dr Howard saw me right away. I have major dental anxiety due to poor experiences in the past, but everyone was so kind and non-judgmental. I also appreciated that their level of professionalism matched the vibes of the entire place- calm atmosphere, top notch technology and very thorough explanation of every step. I know my tooth was in a bad state, but they never guilted me.
Upon leaving, I requested to setup an official new patient visit and they let me know they are booking months out. That made me appreciate squeezing me in for an extraction today, even more.
