I took the time to read through all the negative reviews. We've been going to this office for approximately seven years. We have experienced nothing but professionalism and a great Office Staff. I never had an office visit issue and they've never canceled on me. They've always get you right in at your appointment time. I find it amusing that we live in a time where people just go on the internet and say negative things without maybe calling the office & talking to them person to person. Dr. Chad Williams and his team are so wonderful. Coming from someone who tends to get a bit nervous when it comes to dental work, their team has always been incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable. I bring my two, young daughters here for their cleanings as well and they treat them like little stars.
I’ve been bringing my kids here since they were 1 years old. I’m happy they enjoy going to the dentist. They really love it for the toys once their cleanings are done! All of the ladies are super friendly and helpful and we’ve never had an unpleasant visit.
