“Despite constant care, genetics have blessed me with a multitude of oral issues that continue to get worse with age. Dr. Schafer and his team are patient and thorough every time I have questions about what may happen as it continues to decline and reassure me we are on track for best possible results. Recently I made an appt outside my regular check ups just to review those questions/concerns in extensive detail. Dr. Schafer was incredibly patient, and informative. He opened my chart to show me the changes through the course of my treatment and why he felt his plan of care was best for me. He took a lengthy amount of time to discuss every question I had. His only concern was my care. He could have offered plans I didn’t need …. but instead he took the time to review my chart with me and assure me the progression wasn’t as concerning as I had feared. His office is professional and sincere from admin to clinical. Truly thankful for a dentist with heart and integrity. You won’t get better care anywhere else!“
