Susie Que is a great Pilates instructor - she’s also pretty good at wrangling kittens 🐱 Kitten Pilates was really fun and I would totally do it again if she hosted next year!
Allison is an amazing teacher, motivator, sounding board and friend. She intuitively listens to what's going on with your body and your life, tailoring individual sessions to meet your needs (even if you're not sure what they are :) !) In November... I was a nervous, middle-aged beginner. After one session I wan't nervous anymore and now, I am actually doing frogs and circles! I would not have bet money on that- So very thankful for Allison's expertise and guidance as I'd never remember the names, springs and positions without her! Also for the record....I did not think I could afford to do this. The positive impact this has had on my life has been exponentially rewarding. YES, you deserve it!
