I love this nail place. This is my quiet place. I have went on my lunch break to get pedicures and left in the flip flops to dry. But when I have time I get a mani and a pedi and I fall asleep wheeled my legs are being rubbed down. These ladies don’t play loud music or the tv loud they do the best which is a lot. Going in rushing will not help your situation if you gotta go but they will accommodate you as best as they can but you can’t beat the price especially when they have great customer services. If you don’t like something just tell them and they will fix it before you leave. So don’t complain if you don’t speak up.Services: Pedicure

I would not recommend this place at all. I made an appointment for 11 am on my prom day to get my nails done. I went in 15 minutes before my appointment and they were busy with other customers. They did not start on my nails until around noon and it was with a different girl than I requested. I got overcharged and my dipped nails looked messy at the end. I ended up staying until around 2 and was late to my hair appointment. I would not come back here.

Today was my first time going here after a friend had recommended I try them out because I had been unhappy with several other nail salons I have tried in Knoxville so far. Teresa was penomenal! Her attention to detail was incredible. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it perfectly. I cannot wait to go back againServices: Nail art
