Triad builds a solid pool. Our pool/spa combo is almost 10 years old and it still looks amazing. We’ve had a few items that have needed service (normal wear and tear) over the years and they always take care of your pool efficiently and professionally.
Triad built our pool about 11 years ago and have helped us with service all of these years. We just had an old pump die just before this cold snap and they installed a new pump within 24 hours of my call for help. We highly recommend Triad for all of your pool build/service needs.
Had a great experience with Triad Poolscapes during our project. From Alice’s design to final inspection they have been great to work with. A project of this scale always has hiccups but Travis and Alice handled them and were in constant communication with us. They always answered our calls and texts and went above and beyond to make things right. They were upfront with what the project would include and the costs. They came in on budget and were helpful with additions we made during the process.
