We had Triad Poolscapes build and design our saltwater pool in 2024, and they were phenomenal from start to finish! We were building a new construction home at the same time and wanted the pool integrated into the process—Triad delivered big time, having the pool ready for us to swim the very day we moved in.
They completed the project right on time and worked closely with us every step of the way. Even after completion, any time we've needed help, their team has been quick to respond and more than happy to assist. No pool-building horror stories here—just an incredible, seamless experience. I couldn't imagine building a pool with anyone else!
Triad did a great job of cleaning my pool after having my pavers power washed. The pool was full of sand from that job. They drained my pool, removed all the sand, and acid washed my pool. They also replaced my pool light with a LED light. My pool looks great now.
Triad has been amazing in the care of our pool. They are detailed and always top-notch in making sure everything is perfect! The communication is phenomenal! Thank you, Triad!
