I bring my water in once a month to be tested. Everyone has been friendly and honest - I don't ever feel as though I'm being sold unnecessary chemicals. They aren't hesitant to tell me my pool's doing great if there's nothing to add to it. I do wish that there was a printout of test results, but they have written them down when I asked for them to communicate back with my pool builder.

All the girls there are so very helpful and friendly and here's a biggie... KNOWLEDGEABLE! They know their stuff! Thank you girls for always taking the time to help me figure out what's wrong.
