Had to place an emergency call this evening 4/1st, and they had a repairman there w/in 15 minutes! So grateful for this expedited service, as my DIY project gone wrong, realized we were gong to need to call a plumber in the morning, " I'll just give it one more tiny turn", next the valve came flying off, it was similar to a open hydrant. LOL I held the valve in place til Ron arrived, so yes, I really appreciate how quickly he arrived! He was able to find the house shut off valve, which we would of NEVER found, and replaced the broken part in no time.. Thank you,

we had a water leak in our foundation and had several estimates, but Rick with the Plumbing CO was by far the most up front, honest and knowledgeable opinion we dealt with. they were attentive and responsive throughout the whole process and really went above and beyond in an effort to help us with a home warranty dispute. would highly recommend
