The ladies upfront were very friendly and courteous. I was a walk-in and Betsy along with Dr. Brown was able to get me seen even though I didn’t have a appointment. Dr Brown was very personable and professional
I recently was waiting to recruit a call from Tenova to schedule an X-ray and Ultrasoind. The call came the day following my doctor appointment advising me to come, I thought they said, the next day. I arrived the next day and discovered that it was supposed to be the following day. I was upset because my health is not good and it takes a lot out of me to get ready and drive there. The woman behind the desk talked to another woman present and said they would be happy to do the procedures that day. I was so grateful!! I really appreciated that they did that and were very kind to me. Thank you, Tenova!!
Dr Johnson is who I saw for orthopedic. He is a gifted surgeon.However, the radiology office across the corridor where he needed me to have xrays does not accept my Cigna insurance through Marketplace, which is a huge inconvenience.
