    University Gastroenterology uses out dated and archaic patient scheduling requirements that cause unnecessary delays. While other agencies use technology to streamline patient access these people still use fax machines and US Postal Service to serve their patients. Calling in is also antiquated technology. They list every doctor by name to leave messages for their nurses while patients must get their message to request documents via US mail service only after listening to 5 minutes of doctors names. This causes weeks of delays and like me if you dont get the paperwork sent back in properly there is more delays. We've had colonoscopies done in 4 states including Wyoming...read full review

    The staff was very professional and courteous. Dr. Purkey made me feel important. He was personal and didn’t treat me like just a number. I felt at ease and wasn’t scared of my colonoscopy. I would highly recommend him.
