Dan is amazing!! We just had our pool refinished, and he has been so patient with explaining everything to me. He has even made a trip out here to make sure my chemicals were at the right levels for this weekend (which they were not). I feel like he genuinely cares about his customers.
They replastered our gunite pool, which they originally built. Dan Orcut was very knowledgeable, helpful and caring about the quality of the job. It was subcontracted to Smokey Mountain Pools, which was fine. The result looks good, and it should last 25 years, based on the upgraded plaster Dan recommended using.
