I met Sandi at Ulta on Papermill today. We talked about the haircut I wanted, and she had great suggestions. She cut and colored my hair, and the result was fantastic! It's hands-down the best cut I've ever had. I highly recommend her.

I went to Ulta needing a certain product but didn’t know what brand I needed. Cookie greeted me at the door and knew exactly what I needed. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I loved working with her. She was a true pleasure. Then at checkout Matty was also amazing and was patient and helpful with all my gift cards I got for Christmas ? I will definitely be back!!

This was my first time in an Ulta. I came for a specific product that was recommended by a friend. The store was very busy and filled with excitement. As soon as I walked in Cookie greeted me and said she would be right with me as she in the middle of helping another customer. Cookie showed me exactly what I needed. Even though the line to checkout was really long, it moved quickly. The cashier was friendly and offered me an Ulta rewards card. Even though I declined the Ulta rewards and I’m not sure when I will be back as I don’t typically buy beauty products, I had a positive experience.
