pella windows are good windows but have not got any answers for the consumer of there product on why it is being delayed and when it will be corrected, cause to this effect is, for my customers I will be shopping around for equal quality windows to provide and install for my customers.

We had the unfortunate experience of having damage to our beautiful Pella windows due to a hail storm that dented a large number of the sashes which had to be replaced. The process to obtain the new windows was flawless while working with Wanda, and Angelia who arranged for and followed the timely delivery and installation of our new windows.
Jeff, who normally works in Chatanooga was responsible for the timely delivery of the new windows and he was also one of the installers. The other two installers were Mark and Clay. They quickly installed the new sashes and did a great job of cleaning up and protecting the new windows.

Brian’s team did a great job on our business window installation! They were always very prompt and professional each day. Jack from Pella was very kind and thorough during the process as well.
