I absolutely love the place. Dr Roos is great with my nervous GS, and the staff is always great. However, the prices are out of my league. I know most ppl do not have pet insurance, but for some shots, and a couple tramadol, and a heart worm chew. I think ppl would be taking better of their pets if it was more affordable. Thank you guys over there in Hardin Valley.
Vet became too expensive under new ownership. Went here for years and now leaving. No more health plans. Teeth basic cleanings were $2,200 for two dogs and up to $2,000 for a cat to get two teeth removed. If you can afford them they are great but follow up visits add up like crazy. We have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars here for 3 animals. Shopped around and save about half for teeth cleaning elsewhere. It’s very unfortunate but I had to change my review from positive to a negative one. The price being the biggest reason we are leaving. Raise prices and lose business isn’t a good business model.
