I recently had a waterbreak under my foundation, Sam from Apex came out almost immediately, and turned my nightmare into a problem handled. He explained the process we would go through step by step. When it was time for mitigation, It was crazy...There was no mess, no clean up for me. I hardly knew he was there!He cleaned as he worked, and I never saw any mess. I had lots of questions, and Sam answered every one of them! Peyton and Tony were there to start the next step as soon as mitigation was finished. We are in the process of an entire kitchen and downstairs rebuild after a leaky dishwasher flooded the house. Chris has been wonderful. I have never worked with someone so willing to help. He knows SO much and has been extremely responsive. We have three kids and three dogs, so this is a very stressful time. We are extremely grateful for everyone at this company in this time of chaos!
