Robert came same-day and went straight to work diagnosing a leak in my ceiling. The root cause ended up being related to HVAC, so I was extremely appreciative to get succinct advice about how to address it all while not being sold things I didn’t need.
Unfortunately it’s hard to find honest companies on the first try. A year ago we had remediation done in the basement by different companies (multiple) and had a nightmare experience. This brief interaction I had with Apex was great and I’ll be sure to go back to them when in the future.
