Dr. Carissa was outstanding. She is not only highly knowledgeable but also warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in my questions and concerns. She took the time to explain my options thoroughly, and I left feeling confident in my care plan. In particular, I appreciated her guidance about returning to standard prescription lenses after having been sold on prism glasses elsewhere that never worked well for me. Her expertise and reassurance made all the difference.
When it came time to choose my glasses, Rebecca was an absolute gem. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in helping me select frames. Thanks to her, I ended up with two pairs at a very reasonable price.
The entire office runs like a well-coordinated team, and every person I encountered was professional, caring, and on their game.
