The staff is most cordial and friendly. I am an optometrist that is visiting East Tennessee for July fourth family time. We had family flying in from California and their luggage was lost. Dr Keith was kind enough to offer some trial contacts to one whose luggage was lost and had no contacts to wear. My family has been going to Keith family optical for years. They are very professional not only are they just an eye doctor they look for diseases of the eyes. I have a dad who has macular degeneration and dementia. I feel so much better when I leave the office . This office is not just a in and out quick check they are there for the patient care. I highly recommend this office if you want the best they are the best
