Nick has always been great and very helpful with his inspections are detailed. Great value, he is very quick with his responses and is available to answer any questions we might have.
Nick did a great job inspecting the property we had planned on buying. He was very professional and responded to us in a timely manner anytime we had a questions for him. With us being in Virginia and not being able to be there Nick did an excellent job by making sure sure we had exceptional photos that showed exactly what he had reported in writing. We can’t say enough about the excellent job he did for us. We would recommend him to anyone who wishes for a professional to do a professional job. I’ve use this home inspection service on two different occasions and have been extremely happy with the reports. He has definitely helped me from making a mistake on an offer.
