Bruce was extremely thorough with our inspection. He was very personable over the phone. He was our eyes since we are out of state. He actually sent us a video of our house which we certainly appreciated. I highly recommend him. He did an amazing job for us!!!

Mr. Hayes performed a very thorough inspection on a property we were purchasing. Not only did he find items that we would have never thought to look for, but he also took the time to explain the report to me. He was very professional and even early to the inspection. Bruce is that rare combination of personable and professional. I actually enjoyed the inspection process and learned a lot about my soon-to-be home. He even called me a couple of times to make sure I understood the report with photos he sent. I estimate he must have spent over 5 hours on my inspection, report, and phone chats afterwards. I'm putting his business card in the 'keep' stack. Thank you Bruce! 6 Stars!
