I spoke with Tim when I called. He set an appointment for me right away as we were looking to close on our house. He was very professional and affordable.. He went over the full report with us and addressed as concerns. Very helpful even told us other service companies he would recommend for work we wanted down. Highly recommend for a job well done that puts you at ease.
Very fast scheduling, very thorough inspection and very fast report. Tim is a super nice guy and very accommodating. Didn't miss anything and documented the entire inspection with tons of photos and clear descriptions. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent service! Tim is very knowledgeable and professional, I hired him to do a home inspection in Johnson City. He was responsive, worked around my schedule and did exactly what he said he would do. Tim took the time to review the inspection report and included photos with me and answered all my questions.
