Marc did an inspection last week on a home I'm considering buying in Big Stone Gap Virginia. He went above and beyond for me. He gave me all the details of the inspection and explained to me in terms I could understand. He made several phone calls when I had additional questions. No question went unanswered; he is such a joy to work with and is an expert in his field. I'm giving a honest review, Marc was available and communative (almost to a fault lol) I personally found his character amusing, my realtor did not. The report was organized in a kind of confusing way compared to other reports I've had. I understood the issues from what he explained but on paper it was harder to digest. I would recommend Marc for his work, despite this and how he might rub some folks the wrong way.
Pros: a very thorough inspection, average price, he's very honest and tells it how it is, fast scheduling.
Cons: report was a little harder to read, he's a bit quirky, my realtor wouldn't recommend him.
