We had all of the windows in our home replaced with new Pella windows. We are almost a year into the process and one window hasn’t arrived yet with an additional two that have yet to be installed. We have tried numerous times to call and email with no update on the remainder of our project. The quality is great on what has been done but it’s extremely concerning the lack of responsiveness to complete the job.Service: General window replacement
