Absolutely perfect! Our installer was so professional, friendly, took his time to make sure everything was perfect. He explained everything to us from start to finish. Went over how to clean our windows, take care of them, and the lifetime warranty!
Installers Daniel and Blake just left after a 2-day job replacing 11 windows in our house. Their work was impeccable and their professionalism was superior! Justin helped guide us from the beginning in our window choices and measurements. Duane was super helpful in answering our questions when we visited the showroom and even gave us a tour of the warehouse. We highly recommend The Window Source team to anyone thinking about window purchase or replacement!
The installation guys were great as was the salesman and office staff. The windows are pricey, but great quality. We did have to wait almost 4 months to have our order arrive which was a lot longer than the quoted time given. That said, the windows are very nice, and the overall customer service was excellent.
