I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. The front staff is extremely rude. If you don’t have your insurance cards in hand as you don’t have a printer but have proof and your willing to show them and have them print them. It will not accepted. Don’t think you can pay with a credit or debit card oh no tbey don’t allow that, check you ask? Nope it has to be cash! The doctor had to leave the room and look up what meds to prescribe as he had no clue. He never returned with any explination for after care instructions. The staff never checked after administering a shot and told to wait 15. Said person left after 30 minutes of waiting. Most unprofessional establishment. Such a sad welcome to the healthcare we have been introduced to in this town.
Went Saturday with not feeling good they gave me a steroid shot hoping to get me better. feeling really bad with all this sinus stuff in my head and going down in my chest some. I want to thank them as they called me this morning seeing how I was feeling. They are taking care of me still. Thank you!
