First time there but definitely not the last, everybody and I mean EVERYBODY was as friendly and compassionate as could be from check in to check out! Only there maybe 30 minutes. Don't understand why this place has so many bad reviews because my experience was excellent!

Came in on Thanksgiving, super sick with the Flu, the wait was over 2 hours, even though I made an appointment online. Everyone from front desk to the Nurse Practitioner were nice and friendly. Never been here before, but I would go again.

I know the reputation ballad health has in this area, and trust me...at the hospitals I have definitely encountered it, but we have been to this facility numerous times for different issues and I literally could not be happier with the service and care. They take time to answer EVERY QUESTION, explain things in detail, perform full examinations, and make sure we are comfortable with the diagnosis and medications we are receiving before we leave. The staff is great and helpful and the extended hours are awesome. We have a urgent care 2 minutes from my house, but we always gladly drive 20 minutes to this one.
