“Cloud Nine is one of the best hair salons I’ve had the pleasure of going to ! Olivia, the owner, is Excellent at color, particularly blondes. She is very knowledgable about her products and techniques. She is also a delight to be around! She is personable , friendly, has a great sense of humor , and makes sitting in that chair for an hour or two entertaining and fun. I look forward to seeing her every time. She keeps me blonde! She is one of the best colorists I’ve been to.( and I’ve had many from Charleston , Tampa, Charlottesville, Edisto Island, and Raleigh …) Her salon is cheerful , pristine , light filled, and light hearted !
