“Replacing a roof is costly and complex. It is important to work with someone who has your best interests at heart as opposed to their bottom line. From the beginning, our experience with Todd and the team at Sparks was a delight instead of a burden. Todd took time to explain our options and didn't attempt to layer in unnecessary costs. There was no pressure to sign the quote immediately.

I greatly appreciated Todd's unending patience as we debated between shingle styles and colors. He provided us with information throughout the process. In the end, we have a roof that was installed beautifully. I was impressed that I did not experience damage to landscaping or have nails sprinkled across our property. There were a few small items that Todd informed me would be resolved within days of the install. They were and only then was I asked for payment. “Keefer Roofing recently replaced several roofs in our HOA. Some minor damage was done to our grill during our replacement. Chris (job foreman) and Mark (owner) re solved the issue promptly and professionally. We were very pleased with their customer service. Update: 8 months later - minor issue with dryer vent hose to exhaust vent. Roof still under warranty. Mark (owner) responded quickly to our request for repair...arrived when he said he would and made the necessary repairs, no questions asked!
