“After getting previously denied for a new roof through my insurance company not once , but twice within two years. I reached out to Apple Roofing. This is how it went.
A roof inspector came out ( Jessica Audsley ) and she saw several issues with our roof. Several spots with hail damage being the main issue. Second being missing shingles in numerous places. After the inspection was complete. Jessica informed me of what she saw and the next steps to take. She also marked the roof so my insurance wouldn’t miss or overlook these said issues. Next came an insurance claim. It was approved fairly quickly. Thanks again to Mrs. Audsley. Next I spoke with Curtis Audsley about lead times and the crew that would be working on my house. Once the materials arrived , my new roof was complete with two days. I was 100% satisfied with all communications with the Audsley’s and Apple Roofing. Calls, text , and or emails. Even the follow ups after the roof was completed. Both Jessica and Curtis came out to inspect cleanup was done to my satisfaction. Which it was. Thank again for the new roof. “Replacing a roof is costly and complex. It is important to work with someone who has your best interests at heart as opposed to their bottom line. From the beginning, our experience with Todd and the team at Sparks was a delight instead of a burden. Todd took time to explain our options and didn't attempt to layer in unnecessary costs. I greatly appreciated Todd's unending patience as we debated between shingle styles and colors. He provided us with information throughout the process.
