These guys are awesome!!! Every single one of them are nice and knowledgeable or the work they are about to perform at you home.
I hired Rapid Response Restoration for a couple of things: 1) mold test 2) ULV misting service. A bathroom was determined to be the area with the most concentration of mold and Jonathon even sealed it off with some thick plastic to help reduce the contamination. I feel he went above and beyond with his service, as he also explained things, especially related to safety for when more work is to be done.
Jonathon and his team are true professionals. His guidance and ability to accommodate our family’s needs through a major restoration project that encompassed the flooring throughout our entire house was beyond expectation. The end result of the project was immaculate. From quoting, to the selection of materials, to coordinating his contractors onsite, the Rapid Response Restoration team excelled. They will be our first call if we ever need remodeling or crisis repairs. I recommend them highly and so did my insurance agent.
