“I have been coming to Yin Yang House for acupuncture and massage since 2010, and it has consistently been a cornerstone of my wellness routine.

Abby’s massage therapy is truly exceptional. Dealing with chronic pain from multiple injuries, I find that her sessions are exactly what I need to stay mobile and keep going. She is incredibly talented and seems to have an intuitive understanding of how to address physical tension effectively.

Beyond her technical skill, Abby is a lovely human being. She has a calm and gentle demeanor that immediately puts you at ease the moment you walk into the room. If you are looking for a practitioner who is both highly competent and genuinely kind, I cannot recommend her enough.

The staff at Yin Yang House is wonderful. Any service you experience there will be the best in town!”

“I LOVE visiting Spenga Chatt. I hail from Spenga Chapel Hill in North Carolina and have taken and taught at that location. From the front desk, to the communications, to the physical location, to the instructors, to the STRONG sense of community I feel (even without knowing a single person there) -- this is a special place. It's clear from visiting they take pride in building a safe and challenging and fun environment in each and everyone of their classes. I always look forward to coming back to my in-laws house during the holidays because it means I get some REPS in at Spenga Chatt. Keep doing what you're doing b/c you've got a great thing going! I'll be back tomorrow ;)”
