Anyway, Mike and his crew have always done an amazing job and go above and beyond with their service. If I'm still around, I hope to be using them for another ten years.“

He quickly provided an estimate and nudged my insurance company to review and accept the estimate. He always showed up at scheduled appointments. “I'm so glad I was referred to Rose Carpet Cleaners. We had a cheap-ish s*** area rug that smelled like our dogs (no urine, just their bodies), and we wanted to get it cleaned instead of throwing it away. We had brought it to a dry cleaner, but the odor remained. We also tried spraying it with the dog odor remover sprays but that never lasted. Rose came to our apartment and picked up the carpet, and brought it back to our door within a week. Dog smell gone! We are delighted because we really like the carpet, and it was a very affordable and courteous service. I will use them again.“
