“Following a house fire six months ago, Servpro responded immediately, staying late until 10:00 PM to secure and close up our home. I want to give a special shoutout to Maryann and Laura, who called every morning to let us know the crew was on-site for cleaning and salvaging—that daily consistency meant a lot during a stressful time. .Lindsey handled the scheduling and material ordering (lighting, paint, flooring, and fixtures). She was always accessible, answering our questions and returning calls promptly, though her communication style at times felt a bit condescending. We also ran into some frustrating delays where workers were not there or we were waiting on materials. On the supervision side, Dan checked in on the subcontractors, but he seemed stretched too thin to consistently verify attendance and ensure all work met quality standards. If Dan had been there more, the subcontractors would not have had to take valuable time to fix shoddy work. 6 months of work on our little home that we had been in for almost fifty years, Servpro went over and above and we would recommend them to anyone.”
