And the cherry on top - of COURSE my insurance got sticky about the second exam after telling me it would be authorized, and the gentleman at the front desk, Daniel, let me call him and merge him onto a call with them and he worked things out on my behalf.

With this said the woman who sat down with me to pick out glasses was misleading and she does have the repetition for doing so. I’m sure that she gets paid on what she sales and it shows.
