My mother is 82 and was involved in a car wreck in early November resulting in a fractured Sternum. After a lengthy hospital stay and in-patient rehab, she was finally discharged. Aveanna Home Health in Hendersonville admitted her within 24 hours of her being discharged. They have been amazing! Corey, Frank, Brigitte, Judy, and Cheri are all excellent therapists. The office staff, Christy, Chris, Tiffany, and Gayle are always so attentive as well! I can't say enough good about Aveanna and the care they provide!
I've spent the last 2 years battling with severe wounds and have required the care of both wound care and home health nursing. I've only dealt with 2 home health companies. The first one did well until the nurse that knew how to take care of me left. At the same time the wound care company I was working with decided that I was healed and I didn't need them anymore. Then I ended up with 3 different infections and my wound started declining again. Luckily I found a new wound care Dr and he recommended Aveanna. Yes my name is Christian McGee, My home Nurse is Mrs. Izzy She has a super special gift! The minute I met her I could tell what a great person she was and we clicked right off. She had treated me by taking my blood to keeping my Pic-C line bandage clean and working properly to checking my vitals. She also looked at swelling I was having in my legs and throughout her entire time she spends with me every week I can tell she Loves her job and she also cares deeply about me and I’m sure she treats everyone of her patients the same way.She is a skilled Nurse and I trust her so much.
