So I suck and didn’t get their real names, but “Dr. Sir” and “Nurse Ma’am” were delightful this afternoon! They made a potentially awkward visit very lighthearted and funny! They matched my energy perfectly! Thanks guys!

I have been with Vanderbilt Medical Center for years and scheduled a sick appointment for 10:30 am today. I was told to arrive by 10:15 to fill in all information (Medicare). At 11:00 am, I asked the front desk if I was properly checked in and she said I was next. At 11:30, I was still waiting. No update or courtesy alert. I walked up to the front desk and was told they are backed up.
I mentioned I had a 10:30 scheduled appointment (documented) and she said I was a “Walk in”. They will get to me when available. I was furious! I walked out.

Michael Mann and the staff members at the Little Clinic in Kroger Marketplace are incredibly efficient, caring, and dedicated to their patients. Michael quickly escalates care if needed, ensuring the best outcomes. He will even walk patients to the pharmacy to help them find the right over-the-counter medication. With easy online scheduling, affordable same-day appointments, and excellent service, I’m grateful we have easy access to such friendly and compassionate care.
