It’s so personal and the people are so accommodating! My father has Alzheimer’s disease and they welcome him to come and sit and watch me work out. It’s something most gyms did not like the idea of and felt a little uncomfortable with, but they accommodated and it’s wonderful.! It is also a lot cheaper than getting a gym membership and then paying for a private trainer three times a week whereas the two times a week workout has the same results have not better than a three day a week workout an hour a day each time with a trainer! I am very satisfied in fact overly so

I have been training with Luke and the wonderful staff for two years now. The one-on-one attention, as well as all the 'high fives' and corrective critique make The Exercise Coach Germantown so much better than your big box gyms. Oh, did I mention it's only 20 minutes of weight training? Game changer.
