My 1 hour intro with Antwan was really great. He provided me with great information about meeting my fitness goals and preventing injuries. He was very kind and patient. The gym itself is really nice and clean with a pleasant atmosphere. I am very happy about picking this gym location and hope this experience continues going forward.
Max was wonderful getting me set up with a membership, very knowledgeable and professional, he was able to answer all my questions and even gave me a tour and set me up with J to teach me the proper way to use the machine's. Ask for Max if you are looking for a great gymn.
