JP POOLS

My husband and I paid a deposit on March 16th for him to replace our above ground pool. We wanted it opened prior to Memorial Day weekend. We were also going to pay him to take down and remove our old pool. He came by and set up the pump to drain our pool, which was finished by 4/21. After not hearing from him for another week, my husband and I tore down the old pool ourselves. My husband sent him a text on 5/1 telling him the old pool was gone. He did come by one day and lay the track for the new pool. And then we didn't see him or hear from him again until 5/21. Once the pool was completed, we had to finish filling it with water before we could turn the filter on. So when we turned the filter on, we discovered he hadn't cemented one of the pipes which cause a geiser like effect. Massive amounts of water shooting out. So that Saturday my husband left a voicemail and texted him a video informing him of the leak. No response. He texted him again on Sunday. Again, no response. He did finally reply on Monday, saying he didn't get the first text. He never asked about the leak, or mentioned coming out to fix it. So husband patched the leak as best he could do we could use the pool but it is still slightly leaking. After a week of not seeing him or hearing from him, my husband texted him again, he replied on 6/1 saying he was sorry and we were on the schedule for him to come fix it. Today is 6/14, we have not seen or heard from him and our pool is still leaking! He seems like a nice guy but our experience with him has been awful, so no I cannot recommend him.

Our experience with J P Pools was great! They were prompt and professional. We couldn’t be more pleased. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pool service.

Jason is the one to call. He is the pool king. We can’t open or close our pool without him.
